Hydraulic Biomass Briquette Machine We are experienced over years in building of special purpose machines and product profile is related to renewable energy has brought up a right solution to build this biomass briquetting machine. Our main interest lies in manufacturing of special purpose machines in biomass processing comprises of short equipment profile of very important process machines. We are the only manufacturer in India to provide complete biomass processing for Indian condition.
The present mechanical equipments widely sold are old designs of 50 and were designed to manufacture briquette only for sugar industry. The design does not permit higher moisture content in raw material & resulting in jamming of the mechanical machine. A compulsory demand of dryer is needed for mechanical machine.
There is variation in biomass Availability. Region wise cropping system and variety of crop do not permit and economical venture for profitable briquetting it is difficult to make briquettes with one single raw material with Mechanical Machine. While in hydraulic machine this drawback has overcome.
Mechanical machine has old design the manufacturers are still using Gunmetal, bronze & other non ferrous alloy bushes for the main crank shaft with a wrong lubrication of hydraulic Oil. They now can use bearing which are available in any sizes.
While we designing the machine which have changed basics of briquetting from mechanical to hydraulic machine, where pressure stroke can be adjusted with very less stress on moving parts & with hydraulic cylinder to press the biomass @ four times the pressure of mechanical machine also at very low power input with the same out capacity. Drying in our process will increase the capacity of machine output, without any moisture in it.
Climatic condition in most parts of India has dew forming in winter season & all the biomass gets wet. It’s impossible to feed in mechanical machine. But in our hydraulic machine the production will be lowered to some extent but machine will never get jammed. If the dryer is not installed.
Technical Specification
- Hydraulic Biomass Briquetting Machine has electric pre heater which heats biomass up to required temperature. The biomass is then feed to the compression chamber where it is compressed with desired stroke depending upon the density of the biomass required. This exclusive feature is present in our machine only in the Whole briquetting industry. From the compression chamber the briquette is extruded with desired density. Moisture factor generally does not jam the machine but effects to some extent on production.
- Capacity of machine 2 ton per hour @ 15% to 18% moisture. The material used has to be notified to us to adjust the capacity.
- Power Required 100 hp (2 nos. 50 hp of Induction motors) (Motors have to be provided by customer but will be charges extra at actual if installed by us.)
- Power 22 kW for dryer, hence total power required 130 hp.
- Size of machine 2500 mm x 1500mm x 3000mm (The size of the machine and the photograph may not match exactly with the machine. All the dimensions are subject to change without prior notice to customer, in order to obtain optimum performance)
- Hydraulic oil tank capacity 500 litres. Net oil to be used 400 litres. The unit will be supplied without oil.
- Filtration unit of 5 micron and 10 micron.
- In built small dryer-conditioner with an agitator hydraulic drive. There is no need of separate dryer in order to get 1 % moisture reduction.
- The dryer will operate as a pre feeder heater for biomass. (In high moisture condition, separate dryer with extra payment will have to be purchased as mentioned in the quotation.)
- Net weight of the machine 1500 kg to 1700 kg.
- Extra one set of die supplied free of cost as per customers dimension & shape.
- Tools, spanners, Ellen key set, wrench spanner supplied free with machine.
